The attachment is the pictures of fence foundation and
communication cable as informed by telephone.
DVIZ Letter
This matter was highlighted last year and we received from
DVIZ
the letter that they are not crashed.
Fence
We tried to excavate 7 places before actual construction and
one
crashing point with cable and three crashing points with pits
were
found.

We informed to DVIZ and confirmed this cable and pit are
notDVIZ's property but HAIPHONG TELECOM's.
HAI-PHONG TELECOM
Today, we , JVC, DVIZ and HAI-PHONG TELECOM , had a meeting.

We wished HAI=PHONG TELECOM to construct JX fence on the
pits
because we received last time the letter that there is no
crash
point.
The HAI-PHONG TELECOM person would reply to this matter in
2-3
days.
