Accenture and TemenosTemenos, having recently acquired Odyssey Financial Technologies, offers a range of market-leading solutions for the investment management community, including a range of integrated business solutions covering tools for discretionary portfolio management, asset management, advisory portfolio management and customer reporting.

Temenos Private and Wealth Management solutions include Triple’A Plus™, a front and middle office portfolio management system that combines client

relationship management, advisory, compliance, risk and client reporting functionalities into a single browser-based platform for advisors managing high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. It is designed to empower portfolio managers by automating the investment process and allowing them to focus on “exception management”.

In addition, Temenos offers WealthManager™, a wealth front end for advisors and relationship managers; TEMENOS T24™, a fully integrated front to back office private wealth system; ProDB, an enterprise data management system; Insight, a business intelligence and

financial performance management reporting solution; and AML, which delivers a screening and profiling functionality.

Accenture first implemented Triple’A Plus in 1996, and has since delivered numerous projects, including more than 15 Triple’A Plus implementation projects in multiple countries in Europe and Asia Pacific. Having been a preferred implementation partner for Odyssey solutions with privileged access to training and product information, Accenture now continues a close collaboration with Temenos in the wealth sector.

Within Wealth and Asset Management Services, Accenture helps capital markets firms improve sales and distribution channels, spur growth through the creation and delivery of more innovative products, and maximize operational effectiveness across technology platforms and back offices. We provide a comprehensive range of services that can enable wealth managers, asset managers, institutional investors and asset servicers to improve business performance and differentiation in an increasingly demanding capital markets environment.

Our Capital Markets Industry Group maintains close relationships with leading software vendors and has developed custom solution accelerators around these vendor’s products. These may include frameworks, such as testing frameworks, and tools, such as estimation tools, that help to reduce efforts and increase the quality of our client projects. Those relationships and solution accelerators are essential elements of our dedicated Capital Markets Business Services, including Wealth and Asset Management Services.

Relevant Accenture Triple’A Plus Experience

Scope of ServicesAccenture provides consulting, system integration and outsourcing services around Temenos Private and Wealth Management products. Consulting services include strategic assessments, process consulting and system architecture. Our system integration services span software implementation, including analysis, design, build, testing and deployment. Outsourcing services include offshore application maintenance to reduce the total cost of ownership of the solutions, and regression testing capabilities – especially for version migration.

Solution AcceleratorsBased on our deep experience, and from working on numerous implementation projects, Accenture has developed a robust set of tools and solution accelerators around Triple’A Plus, including support tools, development frameworks, estimators, design templates and internal training material. As these tools are reusable on each Temenos Triple’A Plus project, we are able to increase the value and delivery speed of each of our client projects.

For example, Accenture’s Assessment Frameworks provide the methodology, templates and tools to facilitate performance testing, data quality issues identification, organizational review and business management benchmarking for Triple’A Plus. Our Acceleration Tools increase the delivery speed of each of our client projects by assisting in the setup of Triple’A Plus projects’ investment strategies, core static data, and core scripting and parameterization (i.e. application parameters, default values, lists).

Accenture has also built tools to support project initiations, including a Business Case Calculator and a specific Bottom-Up Estimator. Our documented best practices in such areas as introducing version management, interfacing corporate

actions, implementing a flexible portfolio and client structure, combined with delivering data quality diagnostic in a Triple’A Plus health check context, help increase the value for our clients’ Triple’A Plus projects.

ResourcesAccenture in Belgium-Luxembourg is the home of a dedicated team of resources with deep Triple’A Plus experience. Additional Triple’A Plus-trained resources are located in Accenture offices around the globe, including Russia, Germany, Switzerland and Singapore.

We operate a Global Delivery Network with 50 global facilities and manage dedicated capital markets delivery centers in Spain, India and China as well as a Capital Markets Center of Excellence. Our Delivery Center in Malaga, Spain has been involved in some of our recent Triple’A Plus projects, providing technical design, development (e.g. interfaces) and testing services.
