Applicant must provide the following documentation to the city; hours of operation, copies of county and state permits, Maryland Certificate of Good Standing and Certificate of Insurance.
When on private property, a site plan indicating location of food truck(s).
When on private property, the applicant must provide written permission from the property owner to the city.

Copies of all documents listed above shall be kept in the food truck at all times when operating, including a copy of the approved city food truck permit.

For, food trucks associated with brick and mortar restaurant in the city, the truck shall be located within 100-feet of the restaurant.
Minimum of 70-feet from street intersection.
Minimum of 5’ from the edge of any driveway or public sidewalk, utility boxes and vaults, handicapped ramp, building entrances, exits, or emergency access/exit ways, or emergency call box.
Shall not locate within any area of the lot that impedes, endangers, or interferes with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
Minimum distance of 15’ in all directions of a fire hydrant.
No food truck may occupy parking spaces which may be leased to other businesses or use to fulfill its minimum parking requirements.
Shall not occupy any handicap accessible parking space.
No free-standing signage or audio amplification shall be permitted.
Hours of operation – Limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
