Wedge Series 500Wedge Series 500 technologyis specially designed for usewhere torque strength is criti-cal. With high compressionresistance and several timesthe torque strength of mosttechnologies, Wedge Series500 connections provide high

performance even on pipewith thin walls. They areused in demanding applica-tions from highly deviatedwells to strings that mustbe rotated and pushedinto place.

Wedge Series 500 connec-tions are available in flush,near-flush, upset pipe-endand threaded and coupledconfigurations, with or without metal-to-metal seals.Each connection bearsa number in the 500 serieswhere the second digitdenotes the connection con-figuration and pipe end andthe third digit denotes thesealing system.
