1. Project Brief: Sealed competitive quotations are invited for supply, installation, cabling, commissioning and

maintenance of IP camera at HO, New branch and additional security camera and VGA cable at 22

branches in Nilambur co Op urban bank, from reputed firms or their Kerala based subsidiaries or

authorized Representatives /Distributors. Competent Parties can obtain the details of the project and the

terms & conditions of the tender from this office during the office working hours, other than Sunday or

public holiday free of cost.

http://www.nilamburcub.com/tenders. The Techno-Commercial bid consists of two parts. Part-A is Technical Bid and Part-B is Commercial/Price

Bid. Vendors whose Technical Solutions are found acceptable will only be considered for evaluation of

their commercial/price bids and subsequent placement of order. Part-A and Part-B are to be submitted

in two separately sealed covers.

2. Tender Fee (TF):

Tenderers/Bidders shall furnish the tender fee along with the Technical Bid. The fees has to be in the form

of Demand Draft favoring THE NILAMBUR COOPERATIVE URBAN BANK, payable at NILAMBUR. Tender

received without tender fee is liable to be rejected.

4. Pre-Qualification Criteria:

The Tenderer/Bidder must be a Government Organization/PSU/PSE/Public Limited

Company/Private Limited Company of repute under Indian Laws.

All the items mentioned must be of best quality & standards, manufactured by reputed

manufacturer.

A manufacturer or their authorized dealer can submit the proposal. In case of dealer an

Authorization Certificate from the OEM in the specified format should be attached in the

bid.

The Bidder should be ISO 9001 and I SO 27001 certified Organization.

The Tenderer/Bidder or any of its Directors/Board Members should not have been black-

listed by any Government/Semi-Government Organization/Statutory Body/Market

regulators during the last three years.

The Bidder shall be registered in India with GST Registration and Registrar of Companies

/ Registrar of Firms at least for last 3 years. Enclose copy of GST Certificate and

Registration Certificate with number and date.

The Bidders Annual Turnover in India shall be at least Rs.3 crores per annum for the last

three years. Copy of audited Balance sheet for the years should be attached in the bid.

The bidder should have successfully executed at least three similar projects in Government

and/or Private sector out of which one should have been executed for a PSU/Private/Co-

op bank.

The vender should have enough knowledge and experience in dealing with IP technology

using routers and manageable switches with multiple locations. Details of such projects &

copy of purchase order should be submitted in bid.

The Bidder should have at least 3 years’ Experience in providing and supporting IP Based

CCTV Solutions to banks / Financial Institutions. Submit list of major CCTV Projects

Completed during last three years in bid.

For this the vendor should be experienced in execution of surveillance project with at least

100 nos of IP Based cameras in Co-Operative / Govt / Banking /financial institutions.

Submit copy of purchase order issued by such clients. And the total cost of such contract

should not be less than Rs.20 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs). (Relevant supporting

documents like copy of contract, work order placed to be attached with the Bid).

The Firm should submit a copy of PAN card issued in the name of Firm, Sales Tax

Registration Certificate and Service Tax Registration certificate.

No Consortium will be allowed. The bidder must meet all the eligibility criteria by itself.

Original Authorization Certificate from the principal Company should be attached and

Submitted with the tender offer.

The bank reserves its rights to select single or multiple bidder companies to fulfil its

Requirements for which this tender has been published.

The bidder should have office setup at Kerala with representation in Malappuram/

Palakkad/ Trissur/Ernakulum/ Kozhikode Districts.

The bidder should provide list of 3 references along with details such as name, designation,

address (Both postal as well as e-mail) & telephone number of the contact person along

with the Value of the contract in the format specified below.

Free on-site maintenance services shall be provided by the Supplier during the period of

warranty. During the Warranty period, the Supplier should also provide preventive

maintenance services periodically (quarterly), free-of-cost. The Bank at its discretion may

enter into AMC after Warranty period of 3 years of equipment’s

5. Scope of work

The following are the lists of items to be completed:

IP Camera and VGA cable in branches and HO.

5.2. Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of IP camera in head Office.

5.3. Scope also includes, without any extra cost to the Bank.
