1. Tender Purpose

NPA wishes to receive bids / offers for their office consumables in Beirut, Tyre & Arsal

2. How to Apply

The offers shall be typed or handwritten (scanned) in indelible ink and shall be signed by a person with needed authority to sign on behalf of the supplier.

Steps to Follow:1. Any alterations, erasures or overwriting shall be initialed by the

person signing the offer.2. The electronic files (PDF) should show clear prices next to each

item 3. All offers, costs, prices, charges, discounts and other shall be

indicated in USD4. Offers delivered to any NPA office other than specified above will

not be accepted.5. Offers received after the closing time or deadline by email will

not be accepted.6. Offers that are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted7. Offers may be modified or withdrawn via email, prior to the

closing time as specified in this document and may not be modified or withdrawn after that time
