Pre-T & P • Half a way to T&P

• Structured process similar to the formal tenure and promotion

review. The application is reviewed by all departmental faculty members at or above the academic rank to which the individual aspires. This Ad Hoc Committee reviews the documentation and, by ballot, indicates the recommendation for promotion

• Faculty who are off track on T&P: utilize available development opportunities: – Institutional Faculty Development – Institutional Faculty Mentoring – GWIMS – Other opportunities
