    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Preference will be given to the candidates having higher qualification, ample experiencein the relevant field.

    2. Uppe r age limit upto five (5) years will be relaxed according to the Govt. Policy.3. Initially, the appointment will be made on contract basis for a period of three (3) years,

    which can be further extended upto 5 (five) years subject to the satisfactoryperformance with the approval of the competent authority.

    4. The candidates already working in Govt. / Semi Govt. Organization should applythrough proper channel.

    5. 5% of the vacancies are reserved for women. However, they will be considered againstthose which suit them.

    6. 5% of vacancies are reserved for minorities.7. 2% quota is reserved for disable. Only such disabled persons will be eligible to be

    considered for jobs reserved for disable, who have been declared to be disable and fitfor work on a particular jobs by the Provincial Council, as defined in Section 5 of DisablePersons (Employment and Rehabilitation) Ordinance 1981.

    8. In service employees are also eligible to apply. They will be, however, subject to theterms and conditions of the contract appointment.

    9. No. of posts can be increased / decreased without any notice.10. The candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.

    11. Exact qualification and experience requirements shall be mentioned in the ApplicationForm, which should be downloaded from National Testing Service (NTS) website(ww.nts.org.pk)

    12. Eligibility of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of his / her academics, NTStest (to be conducted by National Testing Service) and interview.

    13. Offline test shall be held on 24 JUNE 2012 only at Lahore.14. Candidates shall submit Application Form duly filled-in, alongwith test fee of Rs.700 for

    (BS 16, 17 and 18) and Rs.500 for (BS 7, 11, 12 and 14) in favour of National TestingService, copy of CNIC and two recent photographs, directly to NTS through courier, onthe address mentioned on Application Form till 11 JUNE 2012.

    15. Final list will be available on NTS website on 15 JUNE 201216. Test Fee shall be paid in any branch of UBL, MCB, ABL or HBL on prescribed bank

    challan (Attached with application form downloaded from website of NTS.17. Candidates will be allowed to take NTS test Provisionally subject to the

    verification of all antecedents at the time of interview.18. Roll Number slips can also be downloaded from NTS website.
