DESCRIPTION
I mustered a multi-departmental team around a single effort to create a coordinated cross-promotion with Warner Bros. The key was to show the studio what only Indian could bring to the table to help them promote the movie. We not only introduced a new motorcycle and apparel but also delivered promotional materials and customers to dealerships by staging a nationwide “Indian Ride to T3” press event to exclusive Terminator 3 screenings. By showing Warner Bros. the value our brand brought to the relationship I was able to get the studio to assume many of the costs and increase our awareness at the same time.
