9. Supplier requirements

9.1. The supplier of the crane must have а special permit (license) from the Gospromnadzor of the RepuЫic of Belarus for the right to manufacture cranes and lifting devices in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for ensuring industrial safety of cranes" approved Ьу the Decree of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

1 О .1. Installation supervision and commissioning of the crane is carried out Ьу the manufacturer.

11. Manufacturer's warranty

10.1. The manufacturer guarantees that the crane meets the requirements of this technical assignment, provided that the consumer observes the operating conditions, transportation, storage and installation estaЫished Ьу this technical assignment.

10.2. The warranty period is estaЫished for at least 24 months from the date of putting the crane and load-handling device into operation, and at least 30 months from the date of manufacture of the crane.
