TESA-REFLEX software helps to manage increasingly complex applications easily and provide the flexibility needed for all kinds of situations. The software is available in two versions, depending on the type of machine used: TESA-REFLEX MH3D or TESA-REFLEX DUAL.
> TESA-REFLEX MH3DWith this software, MICRO-HITE 3D is a reliable and robust multi-purpose workshop machine for a seamless integration that meets the needs of the operator. It is multi-functional but still easy to use. It replaces conventional measuring tools and provides a ‘multi-user’ metrological advantage.
Prototyping and small production runs
No need to tell the software which element it should measure. The element is automatically detected in order to facilitate learning a measurement sequence. All these features are displayed automatically.
Alignment management has been optimised (A-B-C management) to ensure that the part can be straigh-tened quickly. It is easy to create alignments and the measurement cycle time is also reduced.
The software provides flexibility to better incorporate the specific and real user needs and better monitor quality control.

Tracking and tracing is one of the major current issues and is becoming increasingly important. “Measurement data management” is becoming a central concern, making it as important as the three-dimensional measurement machine itself.
This is why the TESA-REFLEX tablet and its accompanying features have been designed to ensure flexibility in order to guarantee the solution that best suits each user.

The software’s compatibility with MICRO-HITE 3D makes it a versatile machine that is accessible to all, whether in a laboratory or workshop. It is possible to learn a measurement sequence and to run either manually or automatically.
For smoother operation, two additional buttons were intro-duced on the Z axis to be able to fully create a measurement sequence without having to release the Z axis.
It becomes easy to carry out a programme created on a single part on a pallet , which not only increases productivity but also makes for quicker turn on investment.

> Accessories
Most measurement processes, along with the use of coordinate-measuring machines, require a clamp system to hold the part properly in place. This clamping kit is perfect for quickly locking any prototype or part in place by using inserts integrated directly into the granite measuring table.
The complexity of the fabrication parts increasingly requires the use of a simple clamping systems in order to protect the probing operations from any hindrance. Such a clamping device must be discreet but must also be as flexible as possible to allow the sensors to access the measurement space in optimal conditions but also to guarantee a clamping solution for all types of measuring parts.
This kit makes it easy to convert any 3D TESA machine into a profile projector! There is no need to own two separate machines to take readings of certain features that are impossible to measure in a tactile way, such as engravings or small parts.
The joystick used alongside MH3D DUAL enables a stable dis-placement speed and thus improved measurement precision. It is also a way to easily access the measurement of small geometric elements. The general functions needed for learning a programme are directly accessible from the joystick for ease of use.
