DESCRIPTION OF SAMPLE / CONDITION OF SAMPLE RECEIVED Trade Name : Tyron Model No. : All Terrain Runflat (ATR): 17 inches Sample Condition : The samples are received with good appearances and assembly on the new rims and
tyres without damages and cracks of the rims and tyres. METHOD OF TEST The samples were tested in accordance with the client's requirement. TEST FACILITY AND LOCATION Test facilities are responsible of the manufacturer. The test is performed at Nakhonchaisri Motorsports Complex (Thailand Circuit), Nakhonpathom, Thailand. The samples were tested in accordance with the client's specifications. Test Description /Specification
1. Deflated 2 tyres, one on the front and one on the rear axles. The driver can controls the vehicle and continue drives to achieve the distance and speed/*:
1.1) 3 km at Maximum Speed whichever the driver can achieve 1.2) Further 22 km at 50 km/h 1.3) Further 75 km at 50 Km/h
/*the test condition is originated from Finabel Agreement NE A.20.A (20.A.5) with test condition,
- 3 km at maximum speed - 22 km at 50 km/h - 75 km at 25 km/h - +50 km at 25 km/h (desirable)
2. After test per paragraph 1, shall not show any damages or cracks on the rims with ATR.
3. After finish paragraph 2, all 4 tyres were deflated for desirable test; further test for 2 wheels in paragraph 1 and replaced by 2 deflated wheels with ATR for other 2 wheels. Then, the driver continues to drives and controls the vehicle to achieve the further distance 50 km and speed at 25 km/h additionally.
4. After test per paragraph 3, the wheels shall not show any damages or cracks on the rims.

ATR Performance: Control of vehicle with 2 deflated tyres The ATRs were assembled to the test vehicle by one on the front-right axel and the other one on the rear-left axle. The position of wheels with ATRs installation was shown by the picture as follow;

Test Summary
ATR 17” shall be installed to the wheel by the experienced staff. It can support and protect the rims on the test vehicle from crack or damage in case of the tyres are deflated. Test result can meet the specification of Finabel Agreement NE A.20.A (20.A.5) as follow;

In above table, the driver can control and continue to drives the vehicle by meet the distance and speed, 3 km at average 60 km/h which was as fast as the circuit would allow and further 97 km at average 50km/h, respectively. The rims were not damage and crack after total 100 km. The vehicle with 4 deflated tyres and included ATRs can additionally be controlled and driven up to 50 km with average speed 30 km/h. The rims do not show any cracks and damages after finish 150 km for the tyres on front right and rear left axels and 50 km for other 2 wheels.

indicate or imply that they are applicable to other similar items. In addition, such results must not be used to indicate or imply that TUV SUD PSB (Thailand) approves, recommends or endorses the manufacturer, supplier or user of such product/equipment, or that TUV SUD PSB (Thailand) in any way “guarantees” the later performance of the product/equipment.
4. The sample/s mentioned in this report is/are submitted/supplied/manufactured by the Client. TUV SUD PSB (Thailand) therefore assumes no
responsibility for the accuracy of information on the brand name, model number, origin of manufacture, consignment or any information supplied.
5. Additional copies of the report are available to the Client at an additional fee. No third party can obtain a copy of this report through TUV SUD
