In all the ports we serve (outside China), Sinwa is fully licensed to supply a complete range of bonded goods, all from our very own bonded warehouses: duty-free beer, wine, spirits and tobacco products.
Together with these bonded goods, we offer a full line of Slop Chest items including soft drinks, juices, bottled water, ice cream, cakes, chocolates, nuts, chips and various other general and ethnic snacks to cater to the tastes of your multinational crew. We also supply a comprehensive range of personal items such as perfume, deodorant, body lotion, hair products, toothpaste, and even footwear for your personal orders.

Windsor Marine Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Sinwa Group) is the exclusive distributor of Wolf Safety Lamps in Singapore, China and ASEAN. In Australia we serve the Marine and Offshore markets. Windsor Marine maintains a warehouse stocked with current models and spare parts for older models.

Wolf Safety Lamps are the top-choice in explosion-protected lighting. The lamps are for safe use in potentially-explosive hazardous areas where explosive gas, vapour or dust is present such as in aviation and mining.
The explosion-proof lighting equipment with proven quality and reliability is widely used in the Oil, Gas & Offshore industry, in the Marine industry on board tankers and product carriers, within the Refining and Petrochemical industries, in the Manufacturing and Processing of Foods Products, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, in Breweries and Distilleries, and Fire-Fighting, Water Treatment and Energy Distribution.

Our offshore department offers a wide range of offshore support from the supply of provisions, stores and spare parts to engineering services. We specialize in the supply of anchors, anchor chains, ropes and heavy deck fittings such as bollards and panama chocks. Our experienced Sales & Marketing team also offers New Building and Mobilization Support for Dry-Docks. Safety & Quality is paramount, as we work on your special sourcing needs.

Marine Logistics & Agency Support
Logistics: As part of our value-added service, Sinwa provides logistics support to ship owners, ship management companies and oil rig operators by storing our customers’ spares and equipment in our warehouse on a temporary, medium or long-term basis at very competitive rates. With our proprietary e-Logistics Track & Trace password-protected programme, customers can view online the movement of their stored goods anytime.
Agency Support: Sinwa, through our subsidiary, Seafirst Marine Services, assists ship owners, ship management companies and oil rig operators in matters relating to their crew, vessels and oil rigs arriving at and departing from Singapore. These matters include immigration, port and customs clearances and documentation, renewal of certificates, deslopping and sludge removal and other general agency matters. The Agency department is fully recognized and approved by Singapore’s Maritime & Port Authority (MPA) and the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA).
