Attempting to make a core return on a warrantydefective part Even thoughthere is no money chargedreturned on a Defective Part Invoice the conceptis to follow the physical asset The original Defect invoice is below
It did show the unit transferred into the Cores menu I went thru theprocess to move the unit from the Cores Outstanding menu at the bottom tothe Core Returns But when trying to click on the Part (highlighted below)it does not show the number returned
I know there is no transfer of money with defective parts but if we hitsave will the process finish

First beginning from the POS to generate an invoice to track Screenshot is prior to hitting SAVE AS DEFECTIVE No price listed core box checked in order for it to show uptrack inCORES OUTSTANDING menu
Second below is the second part of POS process to finish POS part of transaction This is before hitting SAVE Circled shows Charge and the core price of $12500 This customer isa NET 30 customer
Third below is the printed copy of the defective transaction

Next the screenshot below is after hitting the icon to finish the creditrefund return process Normally when you click on the highlighted part box (Get Items) it will show a dropdownof the part number associated with the transaction It will not create the dropdown Everything else is as it should be Below is before hitting SAVE

It did show the unit transferred into the Cores menu I went thru the process to move the unit from the Cores Outstanding menu at the bottom to the Core Returns But when trying toclick on the Part (highlighted below) it does not show the number returned

It did show the unit transferred into the Cores menu I went thru the process to move the unit from the Cores Outstanding menu at the bottom to the Core Returns But when trying toclick on the Part (highlighted below) it does not show the number returned
I know there is no transfer of money with defective parts but if we hit save will the process finish

Second below is the second part of POS process to finish POS part of transaction This is before hitting SAVE Circled shows Charge and the core price of $12500 This customer isa NET 30 customer

It did show the unit transferred into the Cores menu I went thru the process to move the unit from the Cores Outstanding menu at the bottom to the Core Returns But when trying toclick on the Part (highlighted below) it does not show the number returned
I know there is no transfer of money with defective parts but if we hit save will the process finish

Next the screenshot below is after hitting the icon to finish the creditrefund return process Normally when you click on the highlighted part box (Get Items) it will show a dropdownof the part number associated with the transaction It will not create the dropdown Everything else is as it should be Below is before hitting SAVE
