Texon VOGUE

Texon Saratoga

Texon Saratoga is available in 0.55mm thickness and has a vintage look to it. It can be printed upon and used to produce labels, hang tags and accessories for footwear and leathergoods.

Texon Vintex

Texon Vintex is a ‘vintage’ version of Texon Vogue. The tanning process, which leaves the technical properties unaltered, gives Vintex its particular ‘wrinkled’ look. It can be printed on and is resistant to the process of washing by machine. It can be used to produce labels, hang tags and accessories for garments, footwear and leathergoods.

Texon Nakoda has a vintage look and is produced on Texon Vogue. It can be lasered and printed and can be used to produce labels, hang tags and accessories for garments, footwear and leathergoods. Nakoda ST is lightly embossed and is available Black, Brown, Russet only.

Texon Lacquered

Texon Lacquered gives a finish similar to that of patent leather. It shows a ‘pull up’ effect if gently crumpled.

Texon Silk

Texon Silk is produced by laminating with tanning techniques on Vogue. Silk has a slightly less metallic look than Texon Shine. It can be printed on and used in the manufacture of labels, hang tags and accessories for garments, footwear and leathergoods.

Texon Derby

Texon Shine

Note: Metallic foils can have an imperfect resistance to abrasion and washing. It is advisable to test the product thoroughly before proceeding.

* Stone washing processes can vary because of chemicals used, temperatures and washing times. Texon Vogue should be tested under customers’ specific washing conditions to ensure it fully meets requirements before bulk production.

Recommended printing methodsTexon Vogue is suitable for most contemporary styles of printing and branding including; silk screen printing; offset printing (preferably using ultra-violet inks to speed up drying times) and hot stamping is also possible. UV printing can be offered as a security measure to ensure that the label and hence the product are genuine. Most Vogue applications do not need to use varnish, saving additional materials and processing costs.

Washing test resultsAfter Texon’s internal washing test, the “burst strength” of Vogue in wet condition is > 800 kpa. Each production roll is tested and guarantees excellent washing results with no bleeding of original colour after washing process.
