I. Summary
More than thanks for your support, and due to your right selection, enabling you to get an automatic sleeve cut packing machine with the functions of safety, practicality, high efficiency and novelty.
This machine is suitable for sleeve cut packing things with big volume of foodstuff,
drinks, specialties & china. Meanwhile, it can match with constant temperature (PE) shrinking oven, which make the being packed thing get the wholly and finely shrink packing. It may even show its advantages when used in the production line. The machine is characteristic by used widely, economical and easy operation. The packing material that is available is PE film. It can greatly save packing cost according to the traditional carton packing. Things that packed by this machine can be with nice figure, compact and ensure the quality and fit for long distance transporting.
The machine consists of body, wiring system & electric system, whose packing
process is fully automatic controlled by electric, and with the no film warning (yellow light flashes) and malfunction warning (red light flashes). It is the rather advanced and novelty equipment in the fields of shrinking packing at present.

III. Safety Caution
1. We won’t be responsible for all the stops or malfunctions that caused by improper
operation when not according to this operation manual.
2. Before using this machine, you should be aware that short circuit may cause
machine’s stopping, damage, get an electric shock and even fire, therefore, you
should use the socket that meet this machine’s capacitor.

Into the socket directly and constantly, and capacitance varies from different models,
and make sure that the socket’s capacitance should be bigger than machine’s
capacitance and insert the plug constantly. Using socket or prolonged cord with
smaller capacitance may lead to damaging circuit, thus please aware that you must
use the matched socket and cord.
3. Do not use this machine under high humid environment, and do not let this machine
touch vapor (packing things with leaked liquid or wet outside may lead to damaging
or getting electric shock; using this machine under the wet environment and make
the machine touch vapor may lead to rusting or not insulated enough, which may
lead to machine’s stopping, short circuit or make the workers get electric shock); do
not use and put this machine at the environment with lots of dust.
4. Do not insert your hands into sealing area.
The sealing area would be stay at high temperature, and if insert hand into this area
or touch sealing knife may lead to burnt or even hurt accidents.
5. Do not put any metal things into sealing area, which do no good to the sealing knife.
6. With the long period of working, some parts may be damaged, so you should check
the machine term, and make proper maintenance schedule. Please change any part
according to the right steps (making sure that the power has been cut off). Do not
change any parts of the machine without the permission of your technician. We
won’t be responsible for both the machine’s stopping and other trouble that caused
by changing the machine.

V. Control panel analyzing
1. Cut sealing time Js----setting sealing time (usually set at 2~2.5 seconds)
2. Power indicating light----indicating whether the power has been put through.
3. Powers switch K----controlling the machine working or emergency stop.
4. Manual cut sealing switch K3-2---controlling the operation of cutting knife by manual.
5. Film supplying switch K2----controlling the operation of film supplying motor.
6. Heating switch K1 ---- controlling heating of seal cutting knife.
7. Temperature controller----setting cut sealing temperature (usually set at 185~195℃)
VI. Prepare for working
1. Providing air source with the pressure of 6~8 kgf/cm2, if there’s no system pressure
air source, please use air compressor of above 0.25m3.
2. In order to make the operation safely, safely, please put the machine at the place
where is even and roomy, and the power cord and air source tube should be trimly
without any interference from outside.
3. The back material holding device of this machine should be parallel and connect to
the conveying belt of shrink packing machine (adjusting lifting base), which make
the things enter into shrinking oven to be shrinked after sleeve cut sealing.

VII. Operation
1. Putting through the air source before using (with available air tube of outer φ8, the
connector is on the pressure meter). After putting through the air source, the
material pushing device, pressing device and cut sealing device will all be unthread,
and check the air pressure meter to see whether it meets the requirement or not
(pressure should be at 5~7 kgf/cm2).
2. Putting through the power after confirming that it has met the requirements, turn the
K on, and shut off the heating switch K1.
3. After finished all the above procedures, it can be empty trial packing (test the
machine without fixed any packing film). Setting the Pushing wait time Js1 at
0.2seconds, and cutting time at 2.2 seconds, then make the material pushing device
move forward and back for one time, then turn on the cut sealing switch K3-1, the
cut sealing device will do the cut sealing according to the set time automatically, and
then return back to the original position. If there is no abnormal phenomenon after
repeated these procedure several times, then it can fix the film to pack.
4. After fixing the film, Close the heating switch K1, the cutter begins heating. The
heating temperature always set at the 190℃ when the machine is sold. If you want
to reset it, just press “SET” key, when the number at the setting area will flushes,
press “↑” key if need higher temperature, while press “↓” key, and press “SET” key
after finished setting. Close the film supply switch K2, fix the film according to the
following film fixing diagram. Note: make sure the up and down film roll is fixed at
the central position of the machine, if there is any error, just adjust the film roll fixing
loop. Pull the up and down fill roll from the film holding device by hand, and the up
and down film should be parallel and exceeded the cutter holder. If the sealing
temperature has reached to the set value, then you can press manual cut sealing
switch K3-1 or K3-2, meantime the cutter works, and make cut sealing, loosen the
button, the cutter lifts, and it finished packing.

Film fixing diagram 5. After finished sealing, the up and down films will stick together.
6. If there’s any emergency, please cut off the general switch K, then all the devices of
pushing, pressing and cutting will return to the original position, and all the
processes will stop.
7. After finished working, please cut off the power switch first, and close the air source
or just let it open.
VIII. Maintenance:
1. Clean the air filter:
There would be some waste (such as little liquid, powder and grain) at cover of the
entrance nozzle of the air filter, check and clean the cover every day. If you need the
air drawing tube, please press the release loop, and then you can unfix the air
drawing tube easily.
2. There are waste or glue film at the cutter seat, please wipe it with cotton cloth, and
do not wipe with nylon cloth, in case the nylon cloth stick to the cutter.
3. If there is some waste stick on the sealing cutter, please do not shave with iron
made or hard tools, in which case, it will shave the protecting film on the sealing
cutter, so that the glue film may stick onto it.
4. Keep the equipment clean, especially there should not any glass fragment under
the convey belt. And make sure that convey belt moves freely without resistance
and shaking, and the photoelectric switch should be keep clean.
5. If there is any abnormal, please stop the machine immediately, and find a technician
to have it repaired.
IX. Malfunction & Trouble shooting
No Trouble Solution
1
Cut sealing cylinder does not
seal or there’s shake when cut
sealing.
1. Whether the air pressure is all right.
2. The middle relay J3 is damaged.
3. Electric magnetic valve II is damaged.
2 The glue film can’t be cut off, or
the sealing is not well.
1. Air pressure is in sufficient.
2. Cut sealing time is too short.
3. Temperature is not high enough.
3 The glue film of the seal is melt
1. Air pressure is too high.

4 The motor does not release
