DAM DAYS MEDALLION HUNT BEGINS AT 4:00pm- Solve the clues – Find the medallion – collect the treasure- First clue will be posted at 4:00pm at Arneson Insurance on Friday September 16th On Saturday clues will be posted at 9:00am, noon, 3:00pm & 6:00pm and on Sunday 9:00am & noon- Prize is a $100 Spring Valley gift certificate good at a number of local businesses. The lucky person should bring the medallion to the Lions Club stand with their name and address.- Winner must have a Dam Days button.- Prize will be awarded following the Miss Spring Valley coronation on Sunday at the parade reviewing stand.

5th ANNUAL SPRING VALLEY COMMUNITY CANCER FUND POKER WALK/RUN –REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00am- Walk/Run starts at 8:00am 2.5 or 5k Walk/Run starting from the Congregational Church on South Third Street in Spring Valley. - Suggested Donation $25.00/person $15.00/child 12 and younger or $50.00/family or free will donation. - Preregistration is required to guarantee a T-shirt.- Registration forms are available if you email us at [email protected]. - All proceeds stay within the Spring Valley Area for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer.- Sponsored by the Spring Valley Community Cancer Fund

They have been active members of Spring Valley and were the previous owners of Deb’s Country Inn for 26 years. John and Deb will be honored at the Dam Day’s Parade on Sunday, September 18th, 2016 at 2pm.71
