"The applicant has applied for export of cotton waste which comes under the category of other wastes as per B3030 of Schedule III B of HW Rules, 2016. Before the application can be considered the applicant has to obtain authorization for handling of

this waste from concerned SPCB. The applicant has therefore been advised to approach the concerned SPCB for authorization before the application is considered for export."

Now, the applicant has submitted the Authorization from SPCB.
