1.Scoping• To study interesting factors that effect

to slow learning of native worker in northern part of Thailand that usually come from agriculture sector.

• Use sample from a factory from Sahapat Industrial Zone in Lamphun Province.

– Low significant of correlation factors, have to find other factors

– More specific in ITS/ILE– Sufficient Economy Philosophy may

be a basic of knowledge learning (believe in).
