The Pen Tip is designs for down packing with warmed Gutta Perchain the canal. Also,it can be used to cut off excess Gutta Percha or complete root canal filling by repeated use.

It can be operated in every direction.When operating,the signal lamp is wavering with sounds.

The installation of iniection needle’s seal ring

Use the forceps to put the seal ring into the hole of the injectionneedle, and then install the injection needle to the fill gun.

Notice: put the concave surface of the seal ring to the outside.

Mounting the Pen Tip

Before using the Pen,mount thePen Tip to the Obturation Pen holder.

Operating switchIt can be operated in every direction .When operating,the signal lamp iswavering with sounds.

Turn on the power

Press the power/Select switchand select the operating accordancewith the mounted Pen Tip.

Turn off the power

After operating,press the powerswitch longer for turning off.

Press the power button until the temperature be shown.

Pull a trigger slowly

It takes about three minutes to reach the adjusted tempeature.When pulling a trigger slowly after 3 minutes,the warmed Gutta percha flow out.

Adjust temperatureAdjust temperature with the tempera-ture control button.

The plunger goes forward per 2mm when the trigger is pulled.

You can adjust the temperature up to 200°C.“ ”:Low temperature“ ”:High temperature

Before you remove the used needle, please take the left Gutta Percha out completely.After then, remove the needle with multi tool provided. Please replace the plunger when it worn out or damaged as it is a disposable item.

Don’t try to operate when Gun is not properly heated.The device can be damaged.Please use new needle and heat insulator in every application.Patient can be cross contamination.

Please replace the battery withspare one when it discharged.

Please cover switch press down and pull battery cover.

Replace battery

Replace the battery with new one,as picture shown and the battery ofcharging jack must be shown.

After changing the new battery,close the battery cover.Fit an inside prominence of battery cover to depression point on a device shown as picture’s arrow mark.

Connect the power.It is graded with DC5V,2.4A.And Li-ion battery mounts protective cri cuit with capacity of DC3.7V,2,200mAh and used for Gunand Pen commonly.

Put the battery on the charger.When the battery is inserted into charger,the lamp indicates red sign.And then,when the battery is fully charged,the lamp indicates green sign.

！CAUTIONPlease insert the battery properly intocharger to connect with charging jack.Please don’t connect with PC USB jack.There are in danger of serious damage ofPC and exploring of battery.

When fully charged,thecharging lamp turns intogreen light.You can charge two batteries at once.

Cleaning and Maintenance(Obturation Gun)

Pull the plunger out Pull the plunger out as picture shown by turning the release lever left.

Get move Needle

Ware out heat insulator.Using Mutl-tool for screw out of Gun from header position of Obturation Gun.

Take out battery Before cleansing work,remove thebattery from inner side of Obturation Gun.

It may be caused heating injury byturn on the power.

！CAUTION

Brush soaked into the alcoholic

Clean the cylinder using the brushssoaked into alcoholic.

Clean the cylinder using the brushesand the cleaning drill,soaked into thealcoholic again.Repeat there procedure until clean.

Turn the power off,Let the gun cool before cleaning it.Take care of burn.Maybe the reasin of doesn’t off.

Change of plunger headPlunger head is consumable part,whichis changeable when back-flow or blocking of Gutta percha.

It is recommended that the gun should be cleaned after every week use to prevent bulid-up of excess gutta percha.

Application of Gutta percha Obturation with C-FILL(Precaution)

Pen tip,Gun Needle and heat insulatormust be sterilized before applicationwith autoclave unit.

Sterilization cycle is recommended at 121°Cfor 30minutes or 135°C for 10 minutes.

3 Once the pen is operated,according to its high-tension rubber switch,special care is needed to avoid any accidents by burning under controling.

Obturation Pen

Select the appropriate Pen Tip and insert into holder of the Pen.Available Pen Tip Tip sizes provided are XF,F,FM,M,and ML.

Obturation Gun

Obturation Gun is designed to inject warmed Gutta Percha that

is specially formulated into the root canal directly.It provides easy

and fast filling ability,but it is recommended to fill the apical part of

the canal with the pen first to avoid any overfilling or under filling and

the gun can be used for filling the remained part of the canal.

Coat 3mm from the tip with sealer,insert it to root canal with pumpingaction.

When Pen dose not work evenits operation button is pushed.

Push power button one time.Check battery is equipped firmly.Replace battery with full charged.

When Gutta Percha dose not inject during squeezing trigger.

COXO warrants the mechanical and electronic components of C-FILL

to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for period of one year

from the original date of purchase,in accordance with the COXO’s warranty

regulations.

If the C-FILL shows any defect within the specified warranty period that are

not excluded from this warranty.COXO shall,at his discretion,either replace

or repair C-FILL using suitable new or reconditioned parts.

In the case that other parts are used which constitute an improvement,

COXO may,at its discretion,charge the customer for the additional cost of

these parts.

In the warranty claim provides to be justified,the product will be returned to

the user freight prepaid.

Warranty claims other than those indicated above are expressly excluded.
