This program is designed for mid to senior-level produce executives, including Presidents, CEOs, Sr. Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and others with management experience. More important than job title, however, are job responsibilities. If you are in a leadership position, under consideration for a leadership position, or involved in your company’s strategic planning and execution, this course is for you.
EXPERIENCE A DYNAMIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
The Produce Executive Development Program is about learning, generating ideas and sharing the unique perspectives of its diverse group of participants. A limited class size ensures a dynamic yet intimate learning environment. Cornell’s instructors take a holistic approach to teaching using interactive learning, group activities and case studies to drill down into key topics. Most importantly, the course doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach, but instead is tailored to fit the unique goals of its participants.
The Produce Executive Development Program is a unique program that focuses on issues critical to both personal career development and the larger challenges and opportunities faced by today’s produce industry executives. Prior to the program, attendees will complete personal assessment tools to help ensure a customized course experience.
Each day’s sessions and presentations will be augmented with guest speakers, case study exploration, working groups and discussion. Some of the topics to be covered include:

I I I . TU I T IONTuition is due and payable upon submission of this application. Tuition covers 5 nights lodging, instruction, books, supplies, breakfasts, luncheons and several special dinners. Transportation and personal items are not included. Housing will be arranged by Cornell University at the Statler Hotel on the campus.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:Cancellations received before January 5, 2009 will be issued a full refund. Cancellations received between January 5 and February 5, 2009 will be issued an 80% refund. Due to the limited size and unique nature of this program, no refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 5, 2009. Tuition fees are non-transferable to future courses.If an applicant finds it necessary to withdraw from the program, the sponsoring company may send a qualified replacement. Since the course features person-alized assessment tools, attendee substitutions must be received no later than February 16, 2009. Participation in the entire course is a core part of the development experience. Upon submission of this application, the applicant agrees they will attend the full program.
