Hosted by MEP Louis Michel, organized by WFP & UNICEF, and with keynote speeches by the President of Niger and EU Commissioners, this event will look at how the 3N initiative in Niger is fueling cooperation between local authorities and communities, international institutions and government. The event will focus on lessons learned at community level, which are reinforced by a new multi-sectorial approach, locally labeled “Communes de Convergence”.
