Why us?
• The torch for the next International Zoroastrian Youth Event was passed on to Australia after Pune, India held the 3rd World Zoroastrian Youth Congress, in December 2003.
• The 4th World Zoroastrian Youth Congress will be held from 27th Dec 2007 to 3rd Jan 2008.

Why?
1. To promote Youth participation in the spirit of Zoroastrian unity globally;
2. To have fun while learning what “Back to the Future” means;
3. To understand how “Preserve, Practice and Perpetuate” would lead to everlasting Perfection;
4. To encourage interactive involvement by all delegates;
5. To meet like-minded Youth from around the World;
6. To make Friends Forever; and

Where?
• University of Ballarat, Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.
• The city of Ballarat, is just over 100 km (72 miles) West of the city of Melbourne, Victoria. The town of Ballarat has approximately 87,000 residents and is probably best known as a major gold mining town in the mid-1800's and the home of the Eureka Stockade uprising during the early Gold Rush days.
• Approx. 75 mins by road from Tullamarine, Melbourne International Airport.

How much will it cost?
• Delegates – approx. $125.oo per day (subject to increases in CPI ).
• Youngsters (15-18 years) same rate.
• Patrons – at a reasonable higher rate.
• The very young, accompanying parent delegates, will be sensibly charged.

Cookery book & competition
• Idea for a special 4thWZYC2007 cook book evolved from a suggestion to have a cookery competition during the Congress.
• Specially requested limited edition cook book almost ready to go to print.
• Internationally renowned Dr Katy Dalal has donated all her recipes per our requests.
• Promises to make all delegates into gourmet cooks!
