Community Living Room

The community living room is the center of interaction between all the residents. This is where singles and families can come together and mingle to watch television, play interactive games and just talk.

Computer Lab

The resource room is available to all residents seeking employment and or housing. There are two computers and one printer available for updating resumes, posting online applications and apartment searches.

Community Dining Room

The main dining area is where all meals are served. The shelter provides three meals a day as well as evening snack.Residents are responsible for the upkeep of this area after mealtime.

ACTIVITIES The dining room also acts

as an extended area for residents to watch television and to be able to interact socially between meals.

Kitchen

The shelter has a full kitchen where meals are prepared and served by shelter staff. Two days a week residents can bring in their own pre cooked foods.

A favorite retreat for some residents to go and collect their thoughts or just to have some much needed down time is the serenity garden.

Outdoor Play Area

The shelter offers a very large backyard play area where both parents and children are encouraged to use to spend quality time together with family and allow children to play in a healthy outdoor environment with other children.
