THE AEC 1112 COMPUTERISED UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION THE AEC 1112 COMPUTERISED UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE is vertical floor standing electro mechanical dual column mainly used for testing of various samples of metals and its different alloys like Ferrous & Non Ferrous metals, Rubber, Woven sacks, Plastic and its composite in Tensile, Compression, Elongation, Shear, transverse, peel, bend, cyclic and flexure, etc. as per national and international standard like ASTM D 638/ASTM D 882/ ASTM D 790/ISO – 178/ ISO 527/ASTM D 695/ASTM D 732/DIN/ BIS/BSS/ETC and IS standard. THE AEC 1112 COMPUTERISED UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE is working in dual mode through microprocessor based unit without computer and through computer. THE AEC 1112 COMPUTERISED UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE is supplied with calibration certificate of Load and Extensometer from NABL/NPL/ NCCBM/MSME and Govt. accredited laboratories. PART NUMBER THE AEC 1112 COMPUTERISED UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE FEATURES:- THE AEC 1112 COMPUTERISED UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE fully encased, ergonomically designed, precision aligned and consist of two column design with two pre- loaded lead screw drive for zero play/ backlash type with two guidance columns for increased lateral stiffness and linear crosshead travel. Lower stationary cross head with integrated drive, the upper stationary crosshead and the traveling crosshead with graduated crosshead position scale and markers. The guide columns and lead screws fully enclosed to protect surfaces. ‘T’ slots on column/ side covers for easy handling & attachment of various accessories, safety guard, extensometer, hand held attachment and LED lights etc.

Programmable key and it accept for force/ load, stress, strain and position control.

High speed real time synchronization of process data at all the channels,

The testing instrument an active control mode to protect against excessive load being applied to the test

specimen during loading into grips or fixtures to starting the test. This mode functions at the stated load

weighing system accuracy and include an automatic turn-off at the start of a test.

Data collection/ sampling rate: 100 kHz simultaneously data logging of load, extension and straight

channels.

Automatic calibration and balancing of transducers with pop up message when calibration is due.

LOAD CELL

Load Cells 10N, 50N, 100N, 500N, 1KN, 2KN, 5KN, 10KN, 20KN, 25KN, 50KN, 100KN and 250KN offer

alloy steel or total stainless steel construction, complete hermetic sealing, oil proof, water proof and anti-

corrosion making them suitable for use in all kinds of environments. Strain Gauge type load cells, for rapid

changes and for larger test space with capability of taking full capacity with provision to auto range selection.

Load Cell design for tension and compression loading possible, easy installation and flexible application. It is

suitable for hanging scales, mechanical scales, hopper scales and other electronic weighing devices. It is safety

and anti-explosion product that can be used in atrocious weather and hazardous areas. It is to approved/

recognized International/ National standards as per ASTM E 4/ DIN 51221 class 1/ ISO 7500- 1 class 0.5, BS

1610 and IS 1828 (P-1)

Non contact type video extensometer

Video Extensometer with two camera Systems working simultaneously in same housing for

measurement in wide and fine ranges with jolt free switching. One camera focus the initial

range what gives a high resolution. The second camera observes the complete range, thus a

large measurement path, for high elongating materials and realised.

Alternatively the two cameras used as array, with overlapping field of view. This results in an

enlarged FOV without reducing the resolution.

Accuracy: 1% as per ASTM E83 class B1, ISO 9513 class 1 extensometer.

version based with graphical user interface. Software capable of tensile tests, compression tests and cyclic tests

as per national/ international standard test methods with following features.

Select unit of load (kg, KN, N, Lbf, Ton and Gram) & unit of Disp (MM, Inch and cm).

Analysis & control of test result like Maximum/ ultimate (load, stress, strain, extension etc), tensile

strength, % elongation, elongation at max load, young/ E modulus, proof stress, yield (load, stress,

strain, extension etc), limit of proportional (load, stress, strain, extension etc) value of work of rupture,

Breaking (load, stress, strain, extension etc), % reduction area etc & generation of load extension curve

and energy at maximum/ yield/ break.

Off-line mode to analyses data, generate methods on secondary PC which is not connected to machine.

Measurements, test control, report generation storing system and act as the focal point of the software.

Four real time numerical displays (digital or analog) for test data as well as facilities for generating

graphs and tables of processed test results. Graphical user interface as per the Microsoft windows
