Develop a program action directive (PAD) to realign the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA), a FOA of AF/A3/5, to Air Combat Command and re-designate it as 557th Weather Wing. Prior to re-alignment, select AFWA resources will be realigned to AFMC, AFSPC, and AETC via Memoranda of Agreement to support the transfer of acquisition and training missions from AFWA to the respective MAJCOMs. PAD will be completed no later than 1 Jan 2015.
