The Annual Day was an impeccable expression of the musical and dancing talents of the students. Staying true to the Indian tradi-tions, the school commenced the auspicious occasion by invoking God’s blessings. They sang a melodious rendition of ‘Manglacharanam’ based on the raag ‘Hemant’. The splendid vocals and the instruments tied the performance together.
The students of the Western Mu-sic Society expressed their musi-cal sensibilities through ‘Musical Rendezvous’ which was a med-ley of songs. The instrumentalists along with the singers took the audience to another world with their accuracy of notes and elec-trifying rhythms.
Students of Amity proved their skills in dancing. Resplendent in tra-ditional costumes, they beautifully presented ‘Krishna
Aradhana’, on a bandish based on raag Kedar. The classical dancers expressed their devotion to Lord Krishna.
