Tropicana Metropark has collaborated with iCYCLE®, a solutionprovider of waste separation & recycling to reduce the carbonfootprint and disposal cost to promote an eco-friendly community.Now the bin is available at our award-winning township, TropicanaMetropark Property Gallery .
What is ICYCLE?
• iCYCLE started as a Non — Profit Organization in 2013 with the aimto reduce waste to landfill.• A system that tracks waste condition from individual units all theway to the treatment plants.• The Internet of Waste Things.• A management tool that enable proper management of waste fromeach individual tenant, units, houses, persons to work with themanagement and the facility team.• A cost saving model that divert the waste from landfill andincinerators AND COMPLY TO ACT672.

The Food Gasm Fest 2019 whichhappened on 2 & 3 March ransuccessfully at the Central Park inTropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya.Participants of this event enjoyed avariety of mouth-watering delicaciesfrom different food trucks and stalls.Not only that, they were also treatedto hot air balloon rides and liveperformances. Children who taggedalong with their parents alsoenjoyed face painting and otheractivities.

Tropicana Gardens
A family day is always a fun day! Familieswho participated in the Family Fun Dayevent with their children, enjoyedexciting workshops such as sushi making,clay colouring and making their own miniterrariums. The fun-filled event was heldat Tropicana Gardens Property Gallery inKota Damansara on 25 May (Saturday)from 11.00am to 6.00pm. Lightrefreshments were served as well.

Family Day Carnival 8 September 2019
Tropicana Golf and Country Resort
Spending time with family isimportant to create lasting memoriesand strengthen family bonds. Withthat in mind, Tropicana Golf andCountry Resort organised a fun andexciting family day carnival on 8September. The resort wastransformed into a happy wonderlandcomplete with a dunk tank, zig zagball, coconut bowling, bull ride andan inflatable giant dart. There wereabout 50 vendors setting up boothsincluding Proton Edar as well asvarious food stalls selling delicioussnacks like corn dogs, satay, kaya ballsand pasta!

We saw two of Malaysia’s biggest loves - foodand running - come together for the 12thedition of the Tropicana Fun Food Run on 12October 2019. The 4km and 8km run saw 250runners and volunteers dishing out differenttypes of snacks along the course. Cash prizeswere up for grabs for winners while finishersearned a medal and t-shirt. Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS)Through our CSS forms, over 82% respondents were satisfied with our products andservices e.g. Tropicana Heights, Kajang - Ridgefield Residences & Tropicana TheResidences, KLCC, whilst over 93% expressed their intent on recommending Tropicana totheir friends and families in the future, e.g. Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Indah - CyperusServiced Residences & Tropicana Heights, Kajang - Ridgefield Residences .
Cognisant of this, we have placed our customers’ needs at the epicentre of all ourdecisions and actions. The T360 app enhances residents' homeownership experience with all functionalities integrated into a single application. Thisallows for effective communication and an improved customer experience.
T360 is the most comprehensive developer app in Malaysia — covering the entirehomeowner journey from prior to signing of SPA to after a buyer becomes resident.
T360 accompanies Tropicana buyers from the moment they discover a project they liketo when they eventually become a resident. Providing convenience to manage theproperty at their fingertips, buyers are able to check progress of their site (Pre-construction), statement of account, make the vacant possession appointment andsubmit defects online, among many of its features.
