Notice is hereby given that, by command of the R W Provincial Grand Master,

THE ANNUAL MEETING OF PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE will be held at The Royal Masonic School for Girls, Rickmansworth, WD3 4HF

(By kind permission of the Board of Governors)

on Tuesday 14 July 2015 to which all Present and Past Provincial Grand Officers, Past Masters, Masters, Wardens, Overseers and all Mark Master

Masons of Lodges in the Province are summoned to attend. Brethren from other Provinces are invited to attend.

Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened at 4.00pm precisely. Brethren must be seated by 3.30pm

A COPY OF THIS NOTICE MUST BE TRANSMITTED BY THE LODGE SECRETARY TO EVERY MEMBER OF HIS LODGE QUALIFIED TO ATTEND THE MEETING (Provincial By-law No. 5 refers)

To Open Provincial Grand Lodge

To submit for confirmation the Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting

To call the roll of Provincial Grand Officers and the Lodges of the Province

To receive Reports together with the Audited Statement of Accounts

To elect the Provincial Grand Treasurer

Resolutions relating to the Provincial Mark Benevolent Fund

To elect: (a) Two Brethren to the Committee of General Purposes

(b) An Auditor or Auditors

The Investiture of the Provincial Grand Officers

The R W Provincial Grand Master will address Provincial Grand Lodge

Other Business

To Close Provincial Grand Lodge

Complete details of the Business to be brought before Provincial Grand Lodge, together with the names of those Brethren receiving appointment to, or promotion in, Provincial Grand Rank and those appointed to Provincial Royal Ark Mariner

Grand Rank, will be available on application to your Lodge Secretary. Details will also be distributed at the Annual Meeting.
