The Arc Volusia is a non-profit vocational and educational agency
with the objective of empowering and making a difference in the
lives of adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities.
Helping your company to grow
Founded in 1962, The Arc Volusia has provided services and programs for Volusia & Flagler County residents for over 50 years. We are com-munity based with facilities in Daytona Beach and DeLand. The Arc serves over 200 individuals in a variety of sheltered and community programs. These programs include vocational employ-ment services, educational opportunities and support for independent living, sen-ior leisure programs along with social events.
The Arc Volusia is known for providing quality light manu-facturing programs, bulk mailing packages and a dedi-cated workforce to local companies and organiza-tions. Quality control and customer service is a key el-ement of our employment service programs. The Arc’s program participants are paid for the work they pro-duce and the majority of contract income goes to cov-er this payroll expense.
Our Vision One day all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
will be included and participate as full members of their communities, throughout their lives.
Our Mission Provide the opportunity for hope, growth, and change to people with I/DD in our community. Together, with a collective voice, we can accomplish more.
