We offer a free programme of activities at both of our centres
families and children aged 0-5 years.
During the school holidays we hold special events to which older
siblings can come. Ask us for details!
The Children’s Centre Team works across both Children’s

MiniYoga - Baby Yoga
A fun and gentle way to spend time with your baby. Our classes incorporate massage, stretches, breathing techniques and maybe a song or two. Focusing on physical development, stimulating babies senses and flexibility. Post pregnancy gentle stretches and breathing work, helping you to rebuild strength and relieve tired, aching muscles. Birth to walking Walking—5 year olds
Come along and join Sam in exploring different sensory activities with your child, using all 5 senses - taste, touch, sound, smell and vision
PLEASE BRING A SPARE SET OF CLOTHES - CHILDREN MAY GET MESSY
BOB—Butterflies of Britain (term time only) This is a Drop-In nature group for 0-5 yr. olds Please dress for messy play! The programme runs over a 6 week period. Wild play— Nature art—Fabulous beasties— Nature book (Leaf Man) - Hibernating hedge-hogs and finishing with a Fairies and Elf party. You are welcome to dress up for this. There is a small charge for each session £2.00 per child or £4.00 per family

MiniMassage - Baby Massage
Learn strokes that help communicate, relax and soothe your baby. Take time out of your busy lives to build positive attachments and interaction. Helps to relieve colic, constipation and trapped wind. Can also ease teething pain and helps your baby to develop mind and body awareness.
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks. £25 for a 5 week course including FREE oils to take home and practise. A £5 deposit will be required to secure your place.

Join Hannah and Lauren for baby play. A chance to meet other babies and learn about our world; bring dad and mum. Inbetweeners is a toddler play session (walking to 5 years). The best of both worlds with designated areas for each group, but a chance to move between the two if you want to.

9.30am - 12.00pm 1st Thursday of each month Anglia Care Trust Anglia Care Trust attends the Children's Centre each month to provide practical and emotional support to individuals and families who are cur-rently or have suffered domestic abuse. We have a 24 hour advice and guidance helpline available to victims. Please call FREEPHONE 0800 977 5690 to book an appointment to see one of our trained staff at our Advice and Guidance Sessions.

WALKING BUS
We will be coming out into the community to promote the Children’s Centres and the services that we have on offer. We aim to encourage families to come and take a look at our centres. We offer a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Take part in our group activities, come and play, maybe make new friends along the way. We will be walking through the community, meeting families on route, to attend our Baby Play and Inbetweeners Group at the Ark.
