ARRIVALSThe Silent Auction and cocktail hour begins at 6:30 p.m. Plan to arrive promptly to ensure ample time to view the Silent Auction items, purchase Tropical Vacation Raffle tickets, receive dinner table assignments and enjoy the evening.

HEADS OR TAILSThis year, the Chamber continues a new event at the Gala titled “Heads or Tails,” where participants will have the opportunity to win a black 16 GB iPad Mini with cellular. To play, purchase a flashing blue button during the reception for $20. When the game begins, players will place their hands on their heads or their hips. The leader will then flip a coin and players with their hands on the body part matching the side of the leader’s coin that is face up continues in the game. Last person standing wins the iPad Mini! SCHOLARSHIP FUNDChamber staff members will be collecting donations at the “Penguin Donation Station” at the Gala for the Chamber’s Scholarship Fund. Each year, the Chamber’s Scholarship Fund improves the educational lives of Arlington students by providing selected Arlington high school students with financial assistance for their education. SILENT AUCTION BIDS• All bids must be recorded on bid sheets.• Please note the required minimum bid and specified bidding increments on each bid sheet. • Enter your full name and telephone number next to your bid amount.• The highest level bidder at closing time constitutes the winning bid.• Attendees have the opportunity to place a close out bid to close the sale of the item early. • All items are to be paid for and picked up after the auction closes.

RULES OF THE AUCTION• The last names of winning bidders will be posted in three alphabetical groups outside of the Plaza Ballroom Foyer. • All sales are final. TABLE ASSIGNMENTSEvery effort has been made to assign tables equitably and according to individual requests where possible. Sponsors receive preferential locations. When you arrive, please find your dinner table assignment(s) at the registration table at the top of the stairs. If necessary, Chamber staff will assist you in finding your table.

TROPICAL VACATION RAFFLEThe drawing to win accommodations for four nights with all-inclusive fees for two people at The Verandah Resort & Spa, Antigua (a value of up to $2,543) will be held at the Gala.
