I first started school with the intention of becoming a dentist before I decided to switch to Chiropractic

When do you get your first Subluxation? 

Chiropractors give spinal adjustments to realign the spine and take pressure off of the nerves allowing the central nervous system and body to function at its highest level.  

Chiropractors can adjust any joint in the body.

Requirements to get into chiropractic school are a lot like being premed (undergraduate credit to get into Medical school)

You must have an undergraduate degree with 24 semester units in life and physical science with half the classes having a lab.  

Recommended Science Classes: Anatomy I         Biochemistry     Physiology I       Human Anatomy 

Cell Biology         Kinesiology        Biomechanics        Chemistry I &II

Nutrition       Molecular Biology       Exercise Physiology     Microbiology     

It usually takes 4 years for Undergrad and 4 years for Chiropractic School. 

Before entering school for your undergrad degree, look at the different programs that are offered through each Chiropractic School. Prerequisites may vary. There may also be different class tracks to get through school faster.

Find a school you like and make sure to take the required courses to be eligible to apply to that chiropractic school. 

After attending Chiropractic School you will complete/receive the following:

‐A Doctorate of Chiropractic

‐You will have to take the National Board Exam and pass to become a practicing Chiropractor

‐Take and pass an X‐Ray Portion of State Exam

‐You will have to take a state board exam in which ever state you decide to practice in

‐Every year you need to take 24 hours of continuing education to maintain your chiropractic License

We see 30‐50 patients per day. Some Chiropractors see 10 some see 100.

I have 3 Amazing assistants that do everything for me except adjust the patients.

I work 3 full days and 2 half days My office has 1 massage room, 2 adjusting rooms, 1 decompression room, 1 patient inter action room, and my office.

Can anyone guess what is the youngest patient I have adjusted? What is the oldest?

Can anyone guess the tallest patient I have seen? 

Why do you think patients of all ages come to see a chiropractor? 

I adjusted a child while he was having a seizure and it stopped. Consistently getting adjusted helped him to reduce medication. 

I have a number of patients who have had spinal surgery and it has not fully helped their condition come and get great results without having a second surgery. 

We prevent patients from getting surgery and prescription drugs.

It is an alternative to non‐surgical/non‐medicinal solutions for regaining health

Helping patients go from not functioning optimally to getting them back to what they love to do.
