What: The Atlanta Pitch Summit 2013 kicks off October 31 through November 2

with an array of workshops. Each workshop is geared toward different aspects

of the entertainment industry; starting with the RLJE Distribution Contest

Screening & Registration where for the first time the top three winners of the

distribution contest display their work- Live with the SVP of RLJ Entertainment.

November 1, 2013 is the day to get acquainted with all that the Atlanta Pitch

Summit has to offer. There will be several workshops such as A Writers Room:

with Writer Kellie Griffin, A Blogging and Social Media Marketing: with Author/Blogger Tracey Walker, The Spirited Actor Workshop: Inspiring the person in-

side of the actor workshop, Are you a SHOWRUNNER or SHOWSTOPPER- Panel,

Production Legal Toolkit: with Attorney/ Producer Shannon Nash, I do Music-

Panel, Reality Check- Panel, and ending the night with an exclusive Executive VIP

Mixer. Concluding on November 2, 2013 is the Pitch Season- One on One where

individuals will get the chance to pitch their ideas to Executives, Networks, Stu-

dios, Production Companies, Producers and more.

Who: Ty Johnston the founder of the Atlanta Pitch Summit, brings along fellow

producers, directors, talent, literary agents, managers, attorneys, and casting

editors as she celebrates the art of television and film by creating the market-

place for partners and entertainment entrepreneurs to brand and sell their next

project.

When: October 31, 2013 through November 2, 2013

Why:The emergence of Southern Hollywood to the Greater Atlanta area has cap-
