Nearly three decades ago, members of our beauty industry family rallied together for a
cause that was deeply personal for all of us. As an industry, we felt compelled to support
women in the fight of their lives against cancer, not only because these women are the
consumers and purchasers of our beauty products, but more importantly, because they are
our mothers, daughters, sisters, wives and friends.
Thanks to the ongoing generosity of our supporters in the beauty industry and beyond,
Look Good Feel Better® has impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of women and
their family as they came face to face with cancer.
This year marks the 28th anniversary of the DreamBall gala benefiting Look Good Feel
Better. We invite you to be a part of this incredible night and join a legacy of support for
women with cancer.

and powerful impact on the lives of women and those who care for them.

LETTER FROM THE CHAIR
One of the hardest parts of a woman’s cancer journey is losing her
sense of self. Cancer changes everything: her complexion, her hair,
nails, eyelashes and eyebrows, taking a toll on her confidence and
self-esteem.
The DreamBall was created by passionate members of the beauty
industry united in a cause to help women find the support they need to
face the ravages of cancer and its treatment.
The DreamBall benefits the Look Good Feel Better® program*, a
free, non-medical, brand-neutral public service program created to
help individuals with cancer look good, improve their self-esteem, and
manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence. Look
Good Feel Better is supported nationwide by a collaboration of the
Look Good Feel Better Foundation, the American Cancer Society and
the Professional Beauty Association.

Founded 28 years ago, Look Good Feel Better has helped nearly 1 million
people in the U.S. and more than 1.8 million people around the world
regain confidence during cancer treatment by helping them to cope with
the appearance side effects of treatment. Workshops are free, available in
all 50 states, and staffed by local expert volunteers that offer lessons in
how to apply cosmetics and accessories to help address changes in skin
and hair loss that often accompany cancer treatment, as well as tips on
wardrobe and styling to help camouflage weight changes and surgical
alterations.

DreamBall After Dark is the after party immediately following dinner,
engaging the next generation of philanthropic leaders within and
beyond the beauty and fashion industries.

Expected Attendance: 300+ young professionals in beauty, fashion,

Tickets: $175 per person in advance and $200 per person at the door
