Name of Artifact: SOAP POLICYDate: November18, 2013Course: EDUC 101Brief Description: (Subjective-Objective-Assessment-Plan)Observe and be conscious of the verbal and non-verbal communication within the classroom. Become familiar with the students within the classroom, and if needed, have a plan to intercept and counteract any problems which may occur.Rationale: I believe a teachers duties should not only consist of creating an educational plan for the students, but a teacher should also utilize the SOAP process when it comes to creating and maintaining a good learning environment for the students.
