Problems with The Best Friend• After The Best Friend was built, it was working well• An accident caused The Best Friend to blow up• A valve was making a loud noise• The fireman who worked on the Best Friend heard the noise• The noise was getting on the fireman’s nerves• So the fireman tied a handkerchief around the valve• After he tied the handkerchief the steam could not escape so

the boiler got hotter and hotter then it burst
