Role-based automated workflows can be put into

operation at various points - for instance when issuing

requests for items needed, and also when issuing

approval to orders placed for incoming goods, to invoi-

ces for incoming-goods, and to processing of orders for

outgoing products. They ensure transparent order-

sequences and approval processes.

Threshold values are taken into account by the system,

as is a multi-stage approval process. The approval can

be made via mobile end-devices, on a PC or directly in

the rs2 system.

DMS – document management. Secure link-up of data and more.

rs2 DMS is more than a pure system of document admi-

nistration. AlI your data – structured and unstructured –

are linked-up here. rs2 DMS is an extremely efficient

instrument for office administration.

Accordingly, rs2 DMS guarantees a start-to-finish flow

ted annotation, each document can be called up from
