~Live Generously Through Volunteerism

~Treat Everyone Like Family

~Build Trust in Every Relationship

~Be Curious, Creative and Courageous

~Embrace Change

~Be Remarkable

Many seniors face challenges that make it difficult to flourish in their communities, or if someone is not a yet a senior, they have loved ones who struggle with those challenges. At BCCC we have dedicated ourselves to helping seniors flourish by reconnecting them—as recipients and contributors—with their surrounding communities. Thanks to your support, we have created a community that embraces our senior neighbors as family and as valued members of our community.

Flourishing Together

As with all important aspects of life, we know that it is the people that create the magic. At Boulder County CareConnect, our family–seniors, volunteers, staff, partners and board–are what make us special and are the fabric of our community. That’s why, during a year of significant change and growth, we pursued new ways of inviting our community to engage with us. At BCCC we are committed to building a stronger community by inviting everyone to not only share their time and skills, but also their stories and wisdom. As we share our stories as a community, we will continue to flourish together in ever greater ways.

In 2017, we celebrated 45 years of engaging and serving Boulder County. We are thankful for each individual and every organization who has supported us over these many decades. No matter how small or large your contribution––whether through service, donation or endorsement––your dedication to our organization has played a part in helping build a wonderful community. As we look forward to the many exciting adventures that still lie ahead of us, I invite you to join on this journey.
