I hope you got off to a good start in 2014. In this year’s first issue of “The Bull’s Eye” we address the comprehensive service offerings which are available to profilingvalues’ certified partners. Two partners, who are very
familiar with this offer, are Nadja Henrich and Heidi Steinberger. Both are experienced users of profilingvalues. They successfully implement our tool in career counseling for companies and individuals. Together with Nadja and Heidi, we present this interesting field of application and its possibilities.

Nadja Henrich
Nadja Henrich, a graduate in business administration, works in Füssen in East Allgäu as a freelance consultant. She specializes in executive development, career consulting, and personality coaching. “In my work I accompany people who are finding less and less balance in their professional environment. They can no longer identify with their work and increasingly seek the meaning of their job,” says Nadja Henrich. Using the profilingvalues’ value-based method, she can illustrate new development paths for these people. Profilingvalues has become indispensable for her consulting work with companies. “I cannot imagine active consulting in staffing and personnel development programs without profilingvalues,” says Henrich.
The Munich career consultant, Heidi Steinberger, takes the same line. “Career consulting is more than a guidebook for professional success. Instead, I follow a holistic approach which is oriented on motivators, values, skills, and goals. This way I create a good balance between offering advice and resource-oriented coaching for companies,” describes Steinberger. She often uses profilingvalues in the first session with her clients. “I frequently experience the client’s enthusiasm on how quickly we get to the crux of the matter,” says Steinberger about her coaching with profilingvalues. Heidi Steinberger has been employing profilingvalues since 2011 and assists individuals with their decisions about the future as well as advises companies in personnel recruitment and development.

Mentoring Program
Every certified partner of profilingvalues receives a personal advisor among the experienced staff members. This “mentor” is available for all questions about the procedure and analysis in word and deed. The trained professionals from the team have experience in the interpretation of countless reports and a multitude of diverse results. Certified partners obtain the necessary
know-how in their training program in order to handle the results properly. But there are always details and new aspects with each application of the tool which can be pronounced differently. Until these nuances and the optimal handling of the instrument become routine, the mentoring program is a truly important support.

The reports, which illustrate the results of every individual procedure, are the core benefit for every client. In all, there are 6.4 quadrillion different results which the procedure can deliver. in an attractive layout, there are already ten Best Practice Bulletins printed in this format. Each month another issue is added and covers increasingly more fields of application for profilingvalues in an instructional way. Many certified partners use the bulletins, which were originally designed for training purposes only, very successfully for selling their consultancy services.
Webinars and Web-based Exercises
The elaborate profilingvalues training program guarantees the best implementation and optimal interpretation of the results from the online method. Six training levels ensure that the perfection of knowledge about the structure and impact of profilingvalues together with the practical application will be expanded. Due to the internationality of the customers, profilingvalues also organizes its seminars
in the internet. These webinars allow interaction between the trainer and participants over great geographical distances. The webinars also offer the participants the additional benefit of being able to retrieve the recorded trainings as often and at any time needed. Profilingvalues additionally offers its own free web-based exercise sessions to gain practice and deepen knowledge.
