Academy of Small Business & Private Consulting

This Agreement is between you and REDSPHERE Pty Ltd (ABN 49 217 578 783) (us, we or our) and relates to your participation in our courses known as “Business Management & Executive Management”.

1. Business Management Membership – Everything you need delivered to you online each month for easy and instant access with over 70 different resources available for you to access over the duration of your course, anywhere. Includes the following

As a member of The Courses you understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all on-line video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, checklists, documents, websites and other materials(Course Materials) are not to be relied on as legally binding advice.

4. The Courses and the associated Course Materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use.

5. Course Material may not be shared with any other Business Development service provider that you associate with or are engaged with.

6. During the sessions, you may be included in the sharing of confidential information. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain

7. Recording is not permitted during The Courses and associated events. We will record, edit and upload to the website for you to access at any time during your membership.

8. 10. Academy of Small Business & Private Consulting Courses are 12-month program. All Payments are made in advance on a prescribed date in each calendar month. There are no cancellations or refunds during this time. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to Course Material until your payments are up to date.

11. You will secure a place in Academy of Small Business & Private Consulting courses with one single payment OR by paying a deposit and 12 easy monthly payments.

12. Academy of Small Business & Private Consulting courses Should you opt out any time after your successful interview and before your first payment the deposit is non-refundable.

13. Executive Management requires a prescribed payment to secure your interview for your application. In the event that you change your mind, your interview payment will be considered forfeited and is therefore non-refundable. In the event that you are unsuccessful, your interview amount is fully refunded.

14. Should you opt out after you have received Access to Online & Hard Copy Course Material all payments including the current month and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. An additional $3,000 will be due for the amount of Intellectual Property you have received, including website access and resources.

15. The Members of The Programs understand that they will conduct themselves professionally and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, The Business Mastery Institute reserves the right to cancel your membership.

16. You understand The Courses host events that may be filmed with footage that may contain the audience. This footage may be used to create products such as on-line video or DVD products. You give permission for this to occur.

17. You agree to be interviewed for marketing and training purposes.

18. We reserve the right to vary this agreement and The Courses, revise the content of The Courses cancel or reschedule part of The Courses or to make other changes to The Courses as reasonably required.

19. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in The Courses or using the Course Materials – in short, results are not guaranteed as monetary and income results are based on many factors. We do not guarantee or imply that you will get rich, do as well, or make any money at all.
