Waiver

School Districts are permitted to “waive” privilegesand exemptions.

However, whenever a public employer discloses apublic record which is otherwise exempt fromdisclosure pursuant to the Act, the disclosureconstitutes a waiver of the exemption to the samepublic record for all requestors.
