This year, we have once again planned a range of events and activities to

enrich and enhance our students learning in school. Activities week will take

place between the 16 and 18 July 2014. You will find information in this

booklet about each activity. Students will need to identify one activity for

each of the three days. Many of the activities are free but some have a cover

cost. Please note that numbers for most activities are limited and will be

released on a first-come-first-served basis. It is important that you complete

the enclosed medical and booking forms and return to me by Monday 2nd

June 2014.

Those in receipt of Free School Meals should contact me to discuss the

discounts available.

There are two methods of payment:

Cash: Please return your reply slip with cash for the total amount to me.

Payment must be in an envelope clearly labelled and sealed.

On-line: You can access on-line payment facilities through

www.parentpay.com. You will need your own log in which has been sent to

you previously. (If you don’t have this, please contact the office on 01323

731340 or [email protected]. You can then select the

activities you wish to pay for.

It is vital that all booking forms and medical details are returned to me

regardless of method of payment. I hope the following activities offer the

widest range of opportunities for your child to develop new skills and that

they enjoy a varied and exciting three days. Please contact me if I can be of

further use.
