Brinn Incorporated uses Solid Edge 3D modeling software. Modeling in a 3Denvironment greatly streamlines the design and manufacturing process.Reduced prototyping costs and shortened time to market are two key advan-tages of using Solid Edge. Other advantages are integration with CAM pro-grams, revision level tracking, part imaging and streamlined advertising ofproducts. We can also take your CAD data and use it to manufacture yourdesired parts.
Brinn Incorporated has experience and capabilities in designing and manu-facturing radiators and various other cooling system components. We haveproduced radiators for racing, aftermarket automotive and OEM applications. We also produce high quality machined aluminum components and fabrica-tions that are used in cooling systems. Brinn Incorporated offers warehousingand complete packaging so the parts are ready for retail sale.
Brinn Incorporated is best known for their 2-speed circle track racing trans-mission. Herb Brinn designed and still builds the very popular and durableBrinn transmission used for short track racing. Brinn Incorporated also holdsa patent for the “Pro-Series” transmission that is marketed as the lowestrotating weight transmission in the circle track market. Transmissions, alongwith various related drive line components such as bell housings, flywheels, starters and drive yokes, are sold as Brinn Incorporated’s core product line.
Brinn products are machined and assembled in a 117,000 square foot manu-facturing facility that is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Shock Dyno Parts
10069 Transformer 110 - 230V
The Brinn Dual Speed portable shock absorber dyno allows any racer toanalyze the following typical situations...• Is the shock worn out?• Did I rebuild it correctly?• Is the shock valving working correctly?• How much change did the new valves make?• Are two shocks with the same number and valving really the same?• What do the numbers on my adjustable shocks represent in pounds of
force?• Now that the car is working well, can I duplicate the setup?• The car is not working today, do I have a shock problem or should I keep
looking? In setting up your race car, knowing the force values of your shock
absorbers (in pounds) is at least as important as knowing your spring rates.Just like dynoing your engine, dynoing your shock absorbers allows you toquickly learn things you need to know. If you are not dynoing your shocksyou are probably losing to someone who is.
Don’t waste time trying to find answers on the track when they can befound on your own work bench or in your trailer. Dramatic improvements inreduced testing time, performance and cost savings are the result whenyou use a Brinn Shock Absorber Dynamometer.
