Developing Effective Volunteering Programmes for Women & Girls
By the end of the workshop participants will :
Understand the importance of adopting the ‘right style’ for your volunteering programme
Understand the key elements to creating a good volunteering programme;
Understand and identify the roles young volunteers can do; Understand the role of reward and recognition within your project
Working with young people aged 16 to 25:
