Formica� laminate is a versatile surfacing product

The Woodgrains range is available in Horizontal, General-Purpose, Postforming grade (HGP) and in various surfacefinishes. Vertical, Flame-Retardant, Postforming grade (VFP) is also available on request. Please see individualsamples for surface finish.

Design Considerations
Certain laminates have special decorative effects that are intended only for light duty applications.These are included in the Veneers and Metallics ranges.
High gloss and plane (i.e. non-textured) surface finishes tend to show superficial scuff and scratchmarks more readily than textured finishes (particularly when combined with dark colours), andtherefore require more care when used as work surfaces. Metallics should be viewed underactual lighting conditions prior to fixing as some finishes can display iridescent effects underfluorescent lighting.
During fabrication and installation of Metallics, Woodgrains and Veneers laminates, alwaysensure that the sheets are all in the same running direction (as indicated on the protective coating),as variations in appearance can occur if sheets or panels are rotated through 90˚ or 180˚ in relationto each other.
