The Consolidated Appeal Process is much more than an appeal for money. It is a tool used by aid organisations to plan, implement and monitor their activities - together.

Flash Appeals-Indicative time frame from crisis
onsetDay 1 HC/RC triggers appeal, in consultation with HCT and
