Two interfaces, one for key account managers and one for customers showcase the same information in such a way that each side is presented with the most relevant and up to date information at all times. This helps organise business on both sides of the supply chain. Integrated functionalities like a dashboard and overview display all active, outstanding and expired contracts for full transparency and maximum efficiency.
The kloeckner.i Contract Portal is an online platform that bundles and neatly displays your contract business.

Our user experience and interface designers have created a Portal that is particularly user friendly. A streamlined design with large visual displays is intuitive and highlights essential functionalities. Key information is always clearly highlighted.

The dashboard displays all active contracts with remain-ing quantities, last orders, expiration dates and more. This way account managers and customers are always presented their daily feature business at first glance.
We want to strengthen the relationship between customers and their account managers by putting everyone on the same page.

WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PORTAL?
The difference between the dashboard and the contract overview is simple: The contract overview lists all outstanding, active and historical contracts. This view is more comprehensive and displays more details associated with individual contracts. Arrows on the right can be used to unfold further information on a particular contract.
Search and filter functions at the top of the screen help find relevant contracts quickly—while always keeping a clear overview. Searching is amongst others possible by contract number, material and date.

If you already operate an existing platform e.g. an online shop, we can investigate and identify the best ways to integrate the Contract Portal within your system.
At Kloeckner, the Contract Portal is fully integrated into the Kloeckner Online Shop. We therefore included an Order Overview functionality. This tab shows a customer’s additional on- and off-line spot orders. A simple click on ‘details’ reveals all order details including: billing and shipping address, invoice, order confirmation, mill certificates, delivery notes and more.
