The Venue...Standing on the site of the Virginia Mansion, which was originally constructed for prominent city merchant George Buchanan, The Corinthian Club features all of the architectural elegance you would expect from a building famed for being one of the finest residencies in Glasgow.

One of Scotlands most breath-taking buildings, the award winning venue is spread over five floors each with their own unique offering. Clever use of the space means, the impressive rooms have considerable intimate areas to create the perfect ambience for dining and celebrations. With such a variety of spaces available we can accommodate every element of your wedding, from ceremony to wedding meal and evening reception.

Features such as the elaborate cornicing, classical figures and iconic Corinthian dome make the Corinthian the perfect location for both formal occasions and more informal celebratory receptions.

The Flying Scotsman...

The Flying Scotsman, which regularly plays host to ceilidhs is a truly beautiful concept space, perfect for standout weddings. Housed within a former courthouse on the ground floor it retains a sense of old world charm and architectural detailing.This room can accommodate up to 150 for ceremonies and a seated dinner and up to 250 for an evening reception.

The Flying Scotsman also features two smaller private dining spaces, each with a contemporary feel. The Skean Dhu seats up to 20 guests and The Sporran can take up to 12 guests, or both can be combined to create one large room, seating 40 guests on one table.

Lairds Room...

Tucked between the ground and first floor, the Lairds room is an intimate space that offers a distinct Scottish flavour and cosy feel, and seats up to 16 guests for dining.

Charlie Parkers...

Located on the first floor, Charlie Parkers is a contemporary piano bar with subtle features paying homage to the infamous Glasgow institution. As well as private bar, the room features a unique installation by award winning photographer Peter Lavery.

Charlie Parkers can accommodate up to 70 guests for reception celebrations.

The Langley, Mercer and Hempel Rooms each offer unique and contemporary settings for your wedding day. Each of these rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 60/80 guests subject to set up requirements. All rooms feature private bar facilities.

The Corinthian is situated on Ingram Street, a 5 minute walk from both Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations. Bus stops are also located nearby and there is adequate drop off space.

While there is no venue car parking available, paid parking can be found just a few minutes away at the Q car park on Albion Street
