But in theendocrine glands, thyroid is the most common types of endocrine malignancy.Commonly, the thyroid cancer happened in the age over 45 years old.Objectives: Analyzing the correlation between age and the incidence of thyroidcancer in the RSUP DR Sardjito.Methods: The research is a quantitative research with cross sesctional design. Thestudy was conducted on January 2013 to December 2013 at the RSUP Dr. Sardjito.The samples are all thyroid cancer patients (total sampling) were treated in hospital Dr.Sardjito in January 2013 - December 2013.The data analysis with spearmancorrelation.Result s: The results showed the age group most thyroid cancer patients is 51-60 yearsas many as 6 cases (60%), followed by 61-70 years by 2 cases (20%), 31-40 years 1case (10%), and> 70 years as much as 1 cases (10%). After analyzed with spearmancorrelation, the data showed that there is no correlation between age and the incidenceof thyroid cancer(p=0,895).Keywor ds: Age, Thyroid Cancer.
